From Vision to Victory: How to Set Yourself Up for Success in Every Endeavor

Setting out on the journey toward success requires more than just ambition, it needs strategy and action. In a world with endless opportunities and challenges, the ability to set yourself up for success is priceless. In this blog post, we’re going to guide you through the elements that you need to ensure you’re set up for success. So, let’s dive in and discover how, with intentionality and purpose, you can set yourself up for the fulfilling and triumphant journey ahead.

In every goal we set, there’s always going to be roadblocks, challenges, loss of motivation, and self-doubt. It’s so important to navigate these unknowns as best as we can to keep our goal cruising along! These challenges are the stage that most people call it quits before they’ve really been able to practice their mental toughness and get past all of those hurtles.

We’re saying goodbye to self-doubt, goodbye to that loss of motivation, and we’re going to plow through these roadblocks. It’s time to shine and see yourself achieving all of your goals! The best way to do that is to set yourself up for success from day one.

Setting yourself up for success can look very different depending on your goals, but there is still the same practice that is applied across the board. We’re going to look at tools, schedules, and mindset.

How To Set Yourself Up For Success:

how to set yourself up for success

Tools That Will Help You Be Set Up For Success:

What are tools will help us set up for success?

Tools are the things you will need along the way to help make sure you’re working towards your goal. For instance, if your goal is to take a class, you need to make sure you have a working computer that will support those activities, notepads, pencils/pens, desk, etc. These are the tools that will help make sure you are set up for success. You definitely could complete the class without those things, but you will have to rely more on self discipline, motivation, and schedule. Tools are things that will assist in making sure you get there.

If your goal is to start running, those tools would look like good running shoes, running apparel, water systems, and headphones. If you don’t get good running shoes, you are more prone to injuries that would set back your running progress. These tools position you better to succeed and limit those roadblocks.

Schedule Accommodation:

Adding in a goal often requires a change to your schedule. It can be a pretty significant change, a minor one, or somewhere in-between. In order to be set up for success, your schedule also needs to make sure you’re in a position to thrive. You need to make sure you have enough time before your goal, and after your goal to get what you need to be done.

For instance, the goal of going back to school. You need to make sure that you have enough time to get to class, in-person or online. You also need to make sure that you have enough time blocked off for studying and homework. If you don’t have those accommodations or blocks in your schedule, you’re at risk for not accomplishing your goals.

Tips to Help Set Up For Success When Setting Goals:

#1 – Daily Mantra

Create a daily mantra to help make this goal of yours a habit. If you want to succeed in your plans, you need to make sure that you are consistently keeping your goals in mind. Until everything becomes a habit or second nature to you, you need a daily reminder that you can do this, and that this is achievable for you. Do not let your self-doubt or self-sabotage get the best of you!

Tips:

  • Use daily affirmations
  • Set reminders
  • Write positive things about yourself and your capabilities in your daily journal

#2 – Do not rely on motivation alone

While motivation is really a great way to tackle things that you want, it is not always consistent. I definitely have days when the self-doubt is at an all-time high and it would be so easy not to do what I need to do. So, you need to have a plan to rewire your brain during those times to just get it done. This is known as “mental toughness” and I promise you, it will be so rewarding completing the things you didn’t want to.

Tips:

  • Have a specific line that you tell yourself over and over again to get it down regardless
    • Mine is “ this time will pass anyway, let me just get it done with”
  • Prep yourself. When you wake up, mentally tell yourself this is what you’re doing today. This goes a LONG way on those days that you want to curl up and do nothing!

#3 – Track your wins

We very much like rewards as a whole. If we don’t see positive results after a period of time, we get discouraged. Some wins are not as noticeable though, but they’re there. So when you set the goal of what you want to achieve, write down all the ways you can track progress.

For instance, running goals. You can track based on the length of time that you’re able to run, the pace of running, your distance, your overall endurance.

Tips:

  • Write the progress down on either paper or on your phone, and continue to check in
  • Put these somewhere you will always see it and use it to fuel your motivation. This can help on those days you lack it.

#4 – Social Media

The power of social media is a very strong one. Tapping into the benefits of social media and our influence also helps with goals. Follow motivational people, follow those that are creating content based on your goals, and follow content that is informational to you for consistent learning. I know my brain can tend to get bored of goals if there isn’t a consistent reminder for me to strive with. This can definitely set you up for success if you sometimes get stuck in scrolling for a long time!

Relating it back to our above example with running, following those that are at a pace you want to be in, follow those that create running content, follow beginning runners to connect with and build with, and follow informational accounts centered on running.

Tips:

  • Keep looking for new content
  • Utilize podcasts, YouTube, TikTok, Insta, pretty much all social media platforms so the content is always there for you to be exposed to.

#5 – Be Understanding

Make sure you understand yourself, your patterns, and your reactions. This will make sure you’re ready to combat any obstacle that you throw at yourself. But at the very basis of this, be understanding with yourself. There are many things that you can control when setting goals and being successful but there are also things that arise that are not in your control that can cause set backs.

Be understanding of those setbacks, plan a new course of action, and persevere!

Tips:

  • When initially setting the goal, keep setbacks in mind. This will help with the reaction of any setbacks when they come. In a way, being prepared for the unknown.

Overall, embarking on the journey toward success demands more than mere ambition—it requires a thoughtful blend of strategy, action, and resilience. Also keep in mind your tools and schedules to help be set up for success from step one!

How to get out of a rut when working from home

Working from home is great in a lot of ways; I’m sure we can all agree that we do not miss rush-hour traffic, am I right? However, there are definitely times when we get stuck in a rut. We’re working from home, eating at home, staying at home all day, basically not leaving home at all some days. That can be a little depressing, for lack of better words.

Why do we get into ruts?

  • Our people-to-people interaction is limited to mainly virtual experiences, and professional ones at that
  • Our “work” and “home” life have no physical barriers or any real separation other than maybe a wall or a section of a room.
  • Fresh air and access to the sun is more limited. We don’t NEED to go out and sometimes meetings keep us from taking a walk around the block even.

There are many different reasons as to why we may experience a working-from-home rut at some point. With that, it can be somewhat complex to fix in some situations. However, there are some simple and easy ways to get out of a rut when working from home.

Now you may be asking, “what does a rut look like?”. Well, it can look a few different ways to different people. Usually for me, a rut is when I feel like things are a little stagnant in some areas of my life, I don’t feel on top of my game, my motivation is lacking, and there isn’t really anything I’m actively working towards or on. For you, it may look or feel different than that.

how to get out of a rut when working from home
how to get out of a rut when working from home

Top 10 ways to get out of a rut when working from home:

Block off time on your calendar for your breaks

  • Getting more set on a routine of taking your breaks can help you to plan what you want to do on your off-time. It gives you space to go take a walk to get some fresh air, head out to a balcony to take a moment and breathe, or simply do a 15-minute yoga routine to separate.

Avoid overtime when not necessary

  • Getting more set on a routine of taking your breaks can help you to plan what you want to do on your off-time. It gives you space to go take a walk to get some fresh air, head out to a balcony to take a moment and breathe, or simply do a 15-minute yoga routine to separate.

Incorporate a workout routine.

  • Working out releases stress releases endorphins, and can help clear your mind. The hardest part when you’re in a rut is literally just getting started and committing to it every day. Working out doesn’t have to necessarily mean going to a gym. While that can help to get you out of the house and keep you accountable, working out from home is also able to be done and helps see the space in a new, productive light

Pick up a new hobby

  • Sometimes our brains just need some new stimulation. Picking up a hobby that interests us can help bring back the spark and give us something to look forward to. It also helps pass the time in a productive and positive way.

Learn something new.

  • When you take up learning something new, it dedicates time and can help get your mind into something productive when you’re not in your workspace anymore. This can look like diving into learning a new language, learning a skill professionally or personally, going back to school, etc. Udemy is a great place to learn new things.

Create a dedicated workspace.

  • It may be tempting to work from the couch or the dining room table, and at times, we definitely can. However, in the long run, it’s best to have a dedicated workspace in your living area. This can be a full room if you have the ability to. Otherwise, it can be a desk up against a wall in your space to have all of your work items. I recommend having a desk that has wheels and potentially can lift up. It is a little more pricey but it can move around to give new “scenery”, lift up to be a standing desk when I’m tired of sitting in the same chair, etc.

Switch up your routine.

  • Sometimes it may be time to switch up our routine and implement new things. If you have some flexibility, waking up earlier can be super beneficial, and changing the after-work routine can help to get you out of that work-from-home rut!

Celebrate the good!

  • We can get so into our normalcy that we forget to be present and celebrate the good aspects. Focus on these good elements and celebrate them with something special. Did you close a sale? Hit a goal? Get a promotion? CELEBRATE them!

Re-assess your goals.

  • If you’re needing to get out of a rut in life, then this is a great time to re-evaluate your goals. Find if there is anything that may have changed, a new goal that you can work towards in the short term or anything that you may be able to add to your timelines to help with end goals.

Increase your self-care frequency.

  • Your rut may also be linked to burnout. If so, increasing your self-care can help immensely to bring attention and care back to you. Here is a list of some ways to relax and decompress. Incorporate the quicker ones into your day or have a full-fledged self-care time dedicated.

These are my go-to tips whenever I feel like I’m in a rut when working from home. Again, your solution or things to try out may look a little different too but these typically help move past that rut. The tips above also go great for anyone that need to get out of a rut in life and not just when working from home.

My Goals For 2024 and The Benefits of Flexible Goals

I can’t believe I am writing this post on 2024 goals and starting the planning process for what I’ve got going on in 2024. But it is still a little early as we’re just starting December but having some thoughts and plans into the New Year are always a good thing!

Now, one thing to note is that when I make my yearly goals, I keep in mind to also go with the flow at times. You never know what opportunities will present themselves that may be VERY beneficial for you but slightly derail your goals a little. These opportunities could help excel your goals or they could give you a better position for your future self, so always keep your eyes open.

my goals for 2024 and the benefits of setting flexible goals

What are flexible goals?

When making these yearly goals, I like to think of them as “flexible goals”. This means that they can ebb and flow based on what is going on or the roadblocks that come up that can alter the timeline.

Benefits of flexible goals:

  • Adaptability
  • Reduce stress
  • Enhanced creativity
  • Increased motivation

Sometimes I thrive under pressure and other times I do not. When it comes to goals, I can take setbacks hard, which in turn discourages me from getting to the finish line. If you’re the same, consider flexible goals. However, if you operate on the other end of the spectrum and cannot stay on track without having a hard goal, then keep that hard goal!

Why are goals important in the long term?

Goals are not only a way for you to accomplish actions that you are interested in but there are also a lot of other benefits to setting goals:

  • can help with direction and purpose
  • help with motivation
  • keep you accountable
  • help with personal growth
  • increase your confidence

These are only a few of the benefits that goals can provide!

Here are my goals for 2024 split up based on health, personal, professional, and financial.

Health Goals for 2024:

  • Be more consistent in my working out
  • Complete a 5k run
  • Run a half marathon
  • Limit myself to one coffee a day
  • Increase drinking more teas (herbal, oolong, etc)
  • Be more consistent and conscious of taking my vitamins
  • Practice stress relief breathing in the moment
  • Snacking less and eating more well-rounded meals

Personal Goals for 2024:

  • Being more present at the moment
  • Working on my initial reaction to overwhelming things
  • Consistently waking up before 6 am even on the weekends

Professional Goals for 2024:

  • Learn 1 new bigger thing
  • Work on slowing down a little

Financial Goals for 2024:

  • Save $5000 over the course of the year
  • Be more mindful of my purchases

Why Are These Goals For Me?

For the past year, I have been wanting to run a marathon but every time I start my training I get covid and am out for 3 weeks with my breathing. This year will be the year that I focus on this! Another one is, I want to try experimenting more with teas and different blends that I can create versus a second cup of coffee.

I do want to work on my initial reactions to things. Sometimes I get very overwhelmed in the moment and then always ask myself why did I react that way after.

I usually like learning one new thing per year, at least. This is typically something along the lines of professional things to learn in marketing but possibly want to take a course on something new this year.

I do want to save $5000 next year. Again, this is one of those areas that have certain situations out of my control which are understandable. However, with all normalcy, I would like to achieve this goal. Along the same lines, a goal for 2024 is to be more mindful of my purchases. What need do they fill? Is there a purpose for the item(s)?

Not sure what goals you want to set? If you’re having some trouble thinking and setting some goals for 2024, check out my list here with a ton of goals that you can choose to set for yourself!

I’m very excited for 2024 and to see everything that I can tackle off my list, what will be new to that list, and what may change!

This can help you to find the root causes and figure out the best way to move forward with handling them in the future
  2. Stressors and their Responses
    1. This can be a part two of the journaling prompt above or it can be a stand-alone. Knowing how you react to certain stressors can help you to know the best way to change them and when they’re coming. Especially as some stressors can be out of our control.
  3. Saying “no”
    1. This prompt is for writing down your relationship with saying “no”. Write about situations when saying “no” is challenging. Write down some motivational mantras that will help you say “no” in the future for instances when you would normally say “yes” just to people-please.

candy cane christmas nails

@_nailsbyemmaa_

This pink beige is an absolute lovely color to go with the classic red nail that we associate with the holidays. This is a great option if you don’t want to go strong with bright red nails this year, while keeping things classic.

# 2 – Peppermint Swirls

@amanda.sudoll

It looks like this user was using indigonails gel polish and I LOVE the matte baby pink paired with the shiney Christmas red. I think this a a beautiful way to spice up the design. I’m usually a sucker for the matte and shine combo nail set.

# 3 – Evergreen

@borcsanails

These Christmas nails are definitely playing off of the trending evergreen color popping up this year. It’s also prefect if you want to steer clear of the red this year. Plus, the hint of glitter not being too over-powering, and white snowflake, is just chefs kiss!

# 4 – Santa Baby

@nails.diamondshine

This is definitely on that more detailed look compared to the others and its GORGEOUS. The details and the pattern is giving Santa Baby vibes. While the detail in this design is more than the other two, the classic french nail template balances it out.

# 5 – Gingerbread

10 Ways To Relax After A Busy Day

Looking for ways to relax in your everyday jam-packed schedule? Been having some overwhelming days lately? Need ways to relax your mind? Or maybe nothing went the way it was supposed to. Other times there’s just a ton of demand sitting on your shoulders and you’re looking for a way to just decompress and have a moment to yourself. I completely understand! We all need healthy ways to get rid of those negative aspects to make sure we’re continuing through our week not holding onto it all.

We also understand that not everyone has time for a full self-care routine and soak with 2 hours of alone time. So we came up with 5 ways to decompress when time isn’t an issue and 5 quick ways to decompress when you don’t have a lot of time.

ways to relax long time

Here are 5 ways to relax and decompress after a busy day when time is not an issue:

#1 – Run a bath

This isn’t just any normal bath, with time on our side we can get fancy. These relaxation baths need some epsom salts added in, candles lit around the bathroom, a face mask on, and reading or watching your favorite show.

#2 – Full Self Care Routine

There are so many different routines out there for a full self-care night and it really depends on which products you like but I would recommend starting with washing off your face to make sure all your makeup is off, doing a mask, and adding in all your serums and moisturizers. While you have on your mask definitely go ahead and do anything you’ve been wanting to do like tweeze your eyebrows, do your gua sha massages, and make sure to moisturize your neck too!

#3 – Yoga and Meditation for relaxation

These two complement each other in the most beneficial way! The slower movements of Yoga help to get your body moving, releasing those endorphins, but in a calming effort. Yoga and meditation are great ways to slow your mind down and be present in the moment instead of what previously happened or what is to come in the future. These are some of the best ways to relax your mind too!

#4 – Full Workout

Working out releases endorphins, similar to when we do yoga, but working out is usually more intense than Yoga as sometimes there are days when all you want to do is dump your frustrations into running a full speed, lifting your new personal records, and feeling your body perform.

#5 – Going for a walk while listening to your favorite music

Music is one way to inflict emotions and when it comes to relaxing and decompressing after an eventful day, it deserves a line. Getting some fresh air, moving your body a little, and blasting your favorite music, podcast, YouTube video, or show (thank you streaming services), can have a positive effect on releasing all of those overwhelming feelings.

Here are 5 ways to relax and decompress when you don’t have a lot of time:

#1 – Take a quick 10-minute mindful pause

“Pausing” is one of the biggest terms in our household. Think of a pause as a time out on all to-do list items, all thoughts, all actions pretty much. Do some breathing exercises to help get any anxieties under control and breathe confidence and sure-ness back into you. If you meditate, this is also a great way to be mindful in your 10-minute time out. Another great way to relax your mind and body when you’re tight on time.

#2 – Affirmations

There are a ton of affirmation videos that you can play from YouTube depending on the extra help that you may need this day. I use them on those days at work when imposter syndrome really comes down, or when the to-do list rolls all the way out the door. It can help get my mindset back in a good position and bring it down to a step at a time.

#3 – Tea time

I’m definitely not an expert by any means, but tea time to me is a signal for relaxation. Especially, when it comes to the type of tea blend I’m brewing. For just trying out, I recommend a Chamomile tea with some honey to help relax. Herbal teas don’t have any caffeine and often have healing properties such as promoting sleep, inducing relaxation, and other benefits.

#4 – Journal the day

Journaling can be a great way to end the day. 10 minutes to get out all of the frustrations, hardships, and difficulties of the day out on paper can really reduce the amount you’re carrying around on your shoulders. My tip is to also include a section on all the things that happened that day that made you happy, that you’re grateful for, or brought you an element of positivity to help balance out the negative dump. This option is another one of the best ways to relax your mind.

#5 – Talk it out

We all have that one person that we can usually go to when we’re not feeling all that great. Some days are heavier than others and a 20-minute phone call on the way home from work, or while you’re on the couch at home, can help decompress! Therapy is also a great way to help unload on all the stressors in your life when things start to get a little overwhelming.

Starting a blog in 2023: Why I started my blog now

Welcome to my blog! I decided I wanted to share some backstory on blogging in 2023 and why I started my blog, but first I think it’s important to say, this isn’t my first time.

I’ve attempted blogging before and it was tough. I was not disciplined enough to stay consistent and I also wasn’t confident in my abilities (I’m still working on this).

But I mainly wanted to start this blog to help anyone else going through situations similar to me and to help build a positive community. Also, what better time to start blogging than right now?

Blogging in 2024

There are so many people (myself included) who wonder “Will blogging still be popular in 2024?” as I’m writing this post at the end of 2023. With the increase in short-form videos and video content in general, I was concerned about the type of traffic a normal blog would see. But there were some good points out there on blogging as a whole:

  • usually, people research using blogs in tandem with video content
  • the internet is only growing bigger
  • industries change all the time and there is always a new element that poses a “risk” to blogging

When social media first came out, the blogging world saw a change. When Pinterest kick-started, that was super beneficial to blogging, too!

Why I started my blog

I also find that, with starting my blog, I wanted to have a creative outlet. Somehow. I always reset to writing. I’m not the best writer out there, and my grammar sucks (just ask my husband), but I find it very stress-relieving. It’s also a way that I can compile all of my thoughts as if I’m speaking to myself or to a best friend.

There are many many different reasons to start a blog and it all ties into what you blog about.

  • Sharing expertise
  • Giving ideas for DIY
  • A diary of some sort
  • Lifestyles
  • Fitness
  • FOOOD (do I need to say more here?)

But for me, I fall more into that lifestyle category. My topics will likely range depending on what’s going on and where my creativity sparks ideas. I have goals for this blog but I’m taking it bit by bit to make sure I don’t overwhelm myself.

I usually find when I place too much emphasis on things, it can suck all of my fun and desire out of the activity and I don’t want this for this blog. This time is going to be the one. I can feel it! That’s why I started my blog in 2023.

10 Tips For Waking Up Early To Be Productive

You may be asking yourself “How do I wake up early?” or “How do start becoming a morning person?”. Waking up early can help you to be more productive throughout the day. BUT it can be so, so hard to actually wake up early. I’ve put together 10 tips for waking up early to start your day off right!

There have been so many times that I told myself that I was going to start waking up early, only for the morning time to come and I snooze the alarm.

I compiled these top 10 tips for waking up early to be productive from the things that helped me. I used to wake up at 7 am and my new job required me to wake up at 4:30 am. They’re located in a different time zone and I do school drop off. When I tell you, I was not a morning person, I mean it. I’m the one who had to have multiple alarms set and often snoozed them! So, this list can also be great to apply as tips for waking up early for work as well.

There are many reasons to want to wake up early to be productive in the morning. Whether you’re a college student wondering how to wake up early for school, or you just got hired from another time zone and need to wake up early for work. Becoming a morning person and waking up early can help you to be more productive throughout the day but use these tips to help set yourself up right!

Here are 10 tips for waking up early in the morning for those who can’t seem to stop hitting the snooze button.

take your time when waking up early

#1 – Be Realistic about waking up early and take your time

First, there are some things that we need to get out of the way, like anything, waking up early should be a process and not just something we throw ourselves into. It’s a goal and like normal goal setting, we have to set ourselves up for success.

If you wake up at 8 am, we have to start setting the alarm a little early every few days. So, start with setting the alarm at 7:30 am. Do that for 3-4 days, and then lower the alarm time to 7 am. Continue this cycle until finally you reach the time you want to wake up at. If you’re

  • If you find that there’s a time you keep getting stuck at, it’s okay to stay at that time for a little longer (shouting to let you know it’s okay to take a little longer at certain stages in goal setting). If you’re having trouble getting up at 5:30 am and it takes 2-3 weeks for you to get used to that time, it’s perfectly okay. Take that time and let your body adjust!

#2 – Move your phone further away from you

My second tip for waking up early is to move your phone further away from you. This is for all those who like to hit their snooze button or have 10 different alarms to wake them up. If you have to get up to snooze it, you’re less likely to go back to sleep. Just DO NOT get back into bed. Even if you say “Only for 5 more minutes”, it’s a trap.

#3 – Have water right next to your bedside for waking up early

Ice water is one of the best ways to start waking up your body when waking up early in the morning. Your eyes are likely still a little sleepy and your brain may be a little foggy, so going straight to warm coffee or tea can make your body take a little longer to wake up.

#4 – Make your routine something to look forward to

Waking up early in the morning is a lot easier when you have something that you’re excited to do, something that you enjoy, or something that brings you a slice of heaven on those tough days.

#5 – Implement a reward system

Everyone likes rewards and with waking up early, who wouldn’t want to treat themselves! This can be in splurging a little or a lot depending on your ability to. This can look like your favorite meal at the end of the week, treating yourself to a coffee, a new pillow, etc.

#6 – Pick out your outfits at night

Trust me when I say sifting through clothes first thing in the morning is not something you want to do when it’s early. Especially in the colder months when I just wanted to stay in bed! Choosing your clothes the night before helps set your morning self up for success. Even if it’s an option or two that you have to choose from.

yoga for tips on waking up early and becoming a morning person

#7 – Get Moving or Get Ready

Find something that you enjoy doing to get yourself moving. That can look like meditation, yoga, or a YouTube workout video. If working out first thing in the morning isn’t for you, that’s okay too! You can move right into getting dressed, washing your face, and starting to get ready for the day.

#8 – Understand the type of morning person that you are

If you are able to just ease straight into waking up early with a 10-minute pep-talk, that is absolutely fantastic! But if you can not, and you do need some extra time to “liven up” that’s okay too. You can take your morning pace as slow or as fast as you want to. I only recommend don’t go too slow i.e reading in dim lighting or staying on your phone the whole time to wake up. Try to incorporate other ways to ease into that morning routine through mindful journaling, prepping coffee/tea/matcha, getting ready, turning on the lights bit by bit, etc. Otherwise, you may fall back asleep!

#9 – Go to sleep early

If you’re staying up super late and waking up super early, you’re going to crash at some point. Your body needs quality sleep. Just as you’re moving up your alarm in the morning, you should work on moving back your bedtime little by little to accommodate that! Becoming a morning person also means becoming less of a night owl.

#10 – Have a good sleep environment for waking up early

My last tip for waking up early is to have a good sleep environment. Similar to the above with needing to fall asleep earlier, make sure your sleeping environment is good to keep you asleep all night. Is it dark enough? Do you need a sound machine? Are you too cold/hot? Etc. We all have our own quirks for bedtime and being comfortable, so make sure yours is setting you up for success!

Here are a few things you could incorporate to help make your sleeping area better:

Well, these are my top 10 tips for waking up early to be productive in the morning. These are also simple and easy tips for waking up early for work, or for school. Again, I want to stress that this is a long-term thing. Our bodies need time to adjust to the routine changes for the most part. There’s always going to be someone who can take 2 weeks to start waking up at 4 am, but if that isn’t you, it’s okay! Setting individual goals that are tailored to your lifestyle and the way you best operate is what is important.

I had to go from a 7 am wake up to a 6 am and finally to a 4:30 am morning start, two years ago. I still have those days where it’s tougher to get going than others.

Also, some days are definitely going to be harder than others, but that applies to literally every aspect of life. Don’t get discouraged if things don’t work out some days. Lifestyle changes take time to re-learn.

What are some tips for waking up early that have worked for you?
